Yamato is the robot who trains the three ninjas for various missions. Yamato usually has a bunch of insults for the ninjas, especially Owen. In the episode "Ishina," he is hacked into and begins to attack the ninjas. They are able to reset him so he is no longer evil. Also in the episode "Ishina," he helps the ninjas defeat the Ishina, but not for good. Yamato usually beats the ninjas whenever their in training. Yamato is also shown to have is own social life in "DJ elephant head," when he takes pictures for his profile so he can meet another robot.
