Quake is a villain who's real name is Charles White. He is a misunderstood villain. He only wants to collect the music boxes that he made but when he picks it up the metal gloves crush them and he becomes angry with himself. Then he starts to destroy everything around him. No one knows this at first and think he is just another villain trying to destroy Empire City. (Quake was always found at antique stores). However, Amanda discovers that isn't true. Amanda helps him take off the gloves goes off happily and quietly with Julie's music box.
