Isabelle was an undercover detective that was investigating the attack in Benjamin Rush High School. So far she only appeared in the episode "Skeleton Crew". She was pretending to date Owen who thinks he and MIke and Amanda are the criminals. She is similar to Kate Beckett, Chloe Decker and Lois Lane the pretty uptight and not nice girl who looks down on people.
